Our formal recruitment process spans several days and gives you the opportunity to meet all of our IFC fraternities in a relaxed and supportive setting. Here’s what to expect:
Meet your IFC Recruitment Team and fellow Potential New Members (PNMs).
Learn about the recruitment process, expectations, and how to get the most out of your experience.
Visit each fraternity during their designated event times.
Get to know members, learn about chapter values, involvement opportunities, and brotherhood.
These events are casual and a great chance to find out where you feel most comfortable.
Depending on the chapter, you may be invited to attend an interview or an invitation-only event.
These events are more focused and offer deeper conversations with chapters you and they are most interested in.
Chapters will extend formal invitations to join later that evening.
The big celebration!
If you receive and accept a bid, you’ll be welcomed into your new fraternity and join your chapter brothers for Bid Day activities.
Each day will help you learn more about fraternity life. You’ll talk about:
Your interests, values, and campus goals
What you’re looking for in a fraternity experience
Chapter involvement, philanthropy, and leadership opportunities
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to guide you through every step of recruitment.
We can’t wait to welcome you into the fraternity community at WTAMU! ????
